I found it, but: It's intended for models that have arm IKs. So the models may look weird when you apply it if they don't have arm IKs.

It's so accurate it's hard to believe it wasn't ripped. I'll watch him and keep looking, but if Cinderella Girls can be ripped Shiny Colors surely can too. Unfortunately it's not for Android or iPhone, so I can't just get the .apk. It's only on Scamco's proprietary enza service.

A "zorome" is a repeating number. In other words, the same number over and over. The password is a three-digit repeating number, like "333", but it's not 333. There's only ten possible numbers so if you try them all you'll get it eventually. I did.

what caught my eye is that in terms of service he forbids model clipping and requests that you adjust bones so they don't look wonky during use.
high strung, but seeing how crappy most content is, understandable.

First one is her name in hiragana, with no space or dot between the words. Be careful, the hiragana for "be" looks almost exactly like the katakana.

Second one is the Japanese name of her partner Pokemon Drednaw, which is "Kajirigame", in katakana.
