Exactly how large are those files? Also I'm not worried about frame drops in MMD. ~( ' w ' )~

the one i post have :

155660 vertex
284572 mesh
22 material
28.7MB single .x files
14MB total of 14 textures

and none of them have materials that looks good without shader. leads me to assume that frame drop will occurs in case we want to make it look at least decent quality. also imagine if using those SAO variants over it the frame drop will not be a joke (。≖ิ‿≖ิ)

Don't worry, it's me, Doctor Yagakoro, all of my videos are at 1fps during the construction phase, I know how to handle such things.

( 'w' )y incidentally if you convert it to pmx the file should be much smaller.

Another thing to note about Xnalara models. A lot of the textures are .tga, which are huge! This includes the bump maps and any other things they have. To get it so they still look good, and take up waaaaaaaaaay less space, you will need to convert then to .png. These function the same as a .tga and are about 1/10th the size. Also, bump maps are useless in MMD.

I actually have my blender set up to handle importing Xnalara models into blender and exporting from blender directly to a .pmx, .pmd or a .mqo. I dont know about stages though, I haven't tried them mostly because my video card limits me in terms of how big a file I can render.

for Stages I would say either Pmd or PMx, then you could import it into the editor and save it as an .x file. (PRovided that the stage doesn't have anything like autolumious feects or what not.

Just my thoughts

Default Just leaving this here...

...I was in the middle of trying to convert Full Nude XNL Mila into MMD ( planned to do the same with all DoA models), using blender's exports, but got stuck on the naked body vertex rigging to the standard bones on the PMD editor. Leaving the files here if anyone feels like finishing the job.

?svkk44wzyvawdka (it's a mediafire link, can't post until 10)

I was also wondering if there's anyone here that can teach me a faster way to replace bodies so to avoid rigging the model's new materials from scratch.

The bodies from costume and nude are pratically the same, a simple material swap's all that it'd take to edit them. Just couldn't figure out a faster way to do it.

I found some stages in XNA that I think would be great additions, anyone willing to convert them? They're stages so they don't really need moving parts.

Question Xnalara 11.8 Export to .obj?

Okay here's a quick question for those modelers who might know this..

But since the advent of 11.8, it seems that the old T-pose export function has disappeard and the only way now you can export a model to say blender is through the Wave3front .obj format..

And yes I do have new models but I wsas jsut curious if it is possible to test something out to see if it can be done..

So if anyone can ghive me an insight into that , that would be fine
