So anyone else looking at getting this at the end of the month it looks like monster hunter and FF hooked up and had an interesting looking baby (only thing i hate is the CE isnt available at retail stores only from SE store online)

I could have sworn I'd ordered the CE off the SE site but apparently I didn't, and it's on back-order now, so I guess I'm just gonna go grab a normal copy on the release day.

i wanted the CE for the hard case soundtrack and bonus quests for legendary weapons but the way it looks that might not happen before the game even comes out

Maybe not at the end of the month, but definitely picking this up. I'm a huge fan of both FF and Monster Hunter, so how can I not adopt the illegitimate lovechild?

I already have a copy on pre-order from GameStop. Definitely interested in giving this game a try.

Figured I'd post here as opposed to make a new thread.

How all is everyone finding the game? I got it on release and so far am having mixed feelings about the game, not helped by me either being stupid or bosses like bahamut and Fenrir having split second, "you will not be dodging this" attacks.

I also a big fan of this series and play final fantasy from time to time. Also found cool gaming list on https://www.y8games.center/ and decided to play something new games for free.
