Modding/Program Request FFXIV. - Neko-Sentai

Hello! I'm a user of the NaughtyWVR mod and I've come to love it so much.

When I saw that the mod obviously made some changes to the models in the game, I was wondering if the Warrior of Light mark from 1.0 could also be turned into something toggle able via a program of some sort.

If at all possible I would greatly appreciate if someone could create a mod or perhaps tell me a program or file I could edit/use to gain the warrior of Light mark. I was unable to attain the mark in 1.0 due to my PC being garbage so I would greatly appreciate any assistance possible, preferably though if someone does make a mod. It would be a great bonus for it to be compatible with WVR's mod. I do not have the current most updated version that includes Lalafel.
