No more flying in wow? - Neko-Sentai

I dunno about you, but that is one the things I liked in wow, is making travel easy and quick, removing the quick part of doing things would sort of suck. Especially when your feeling lazy and need to go to a certain city, just fly up, aim in the direction -> auto move/afk and no worries.

it was their way to pad the game out. They stated that they wanted guilds to be seen riding across the map like an army to instances.... in reality its just a pain in the ass getting around. What really ticks me off is they keep selling flying mounts.

They spent a lot of time in Negrand especially making jumping puzzles and events where you had to go to different levels to complete tasks .......

I miss flying.

I already wasn't going to go back, this just puts the nail in the coffin. Bad idea, and it'll back fire, no doubt.

This sounds like the average response I've seen about it haha. It is one of those QoL type things that made wow great. It sucked having to do raids back in the day having to ride to a summon stone and summon people (especially pvp server, which was hilarious btw)

hell the selfie cam was the nail in the coffin for me now no more flying i see WoW numbers quickly falling below 7 mil soon

Oh good to know, i've never like that horrible flying mount system. ^^

But Blizz is making a wrong steps for this...People won't pay for those flying mount on shop anymore.
i'm sure they will bring back flying mount when they loose more and more clients...so like for WoD, to "satisfied" people they will "kindly" listen to them finally.

I dunno, flying may have seemed a bit strange at first, but once you use it for a bit... its like you can't live without it!

Only thing I didn't like about flying, is that personally I have a fear of heights, so jumping off a mount and staring downward while falling gave me a sort of... strange dizzy feeling you could say >.>

Guess i'm a weirdo cause i'm more a vanilla guy.

I like when gear was REALLY hard to get (not just shooting in trash can to get purplz like since TBC) and the game was challenging on every point. The flying mount was for me one of the step into the lazzyness that WoW has set by default for the MMO games.

But like i said, it's my pov, i'm sure 99% of players don't feel like me. ;)

honestly I haven't played WoW in a while...kinda fell off it when I had to move one year and popped back in briefly during the mists of panderia expansion and left due to the growing amount of kung fu panda jokes being made of the panderians which I was actually excited for...alas if I do ever hop back in it'll have to be a fresh account which means I have to rebuy all the expansions I had (authenticator app got deleted before I could remove it...unless blizzard has made it easier to regain ones account from that sort of thing.)
