That error usually happens when a mod is corrupted or installed wrong.
In FFXIV Textools there is a Help tab, there is an option called "Check for problems".

When you install mods and get that error, use that and it will check for problems. Any red X you get is a bad mod or installed wrong.
To fix the problem you need to go to the Help Tab again and click "Start over".

That will remove your mods and reset you back to before you installed any mods. When ever you install a new mod use the Check for problems option under the Help tab to see if it installed properly.
