here you go. the taru original looks better :P but this is my try -> HF

How, your first port? Good job, btw the Original was done by Mytoy over at ffxidats.com

EDIT: also.. your feet.dat is supposed to be hands.dat and hand.dat should be feet.dat.

basically you have their names swapped.

Not really, but I'll try fix it some more. But alittle bit around the shoulder pads shows up in game although I have alpha mapped it. I dont know how to fix that, sorry.

Alpha mapping asjusted but still dont work around the corners of the shoulder pads in game. looks ok in MV though.

New file added to first post. added readme file.

you should really get a viewer like altana viewer something, they show you all the dat file paths at the bottom. that way you dont ahve to ask can just look yourself and dont have to w8 for some reply. just google altana viewer or something, really easy to find

I would also recomend getting model viewer or altand viewer.
If you read the readme file, it will tell you the path to replace Hume female AF1

Head 1-93-39
Body 1-93-50
Hands 1-93-56
Legs 1-93-62
Feet 1-93-68

Eks: 1-93-39 means 1= ROM. 93= Folder nu 93. 39= The dat you'll want to replace.
