As long as EWH's area list is correct, San d'Oria mog house is 1-1-45 and Empyreal Paradox is 3-0-48.

I think I found it, try 3-0-35.DAT. I've never been to Empyreal Paradox in-game before, so all I had to go on is screenshots of Promathia.
