Not unless...

You figure a way to alter the "skeleton" size of a character which would alternatively enlarge every other character model of the same race/gender.

But I don't think anyones figured how to alter a skeleton frame to that extent (and modify motions to match)

The only way you could do it, is use something like Metasequoia. Strech out the armor set that you are using. In other words make the feet longer, then make the legs longer but then move them up far enough to match up with the enlarged feet and then the body... etc etc. In other words yes it can be done but it would be very tedious and you would prob shoot yourself before you get it perfect. Good luck if you do decide to try.

I think the original reason this was asked, is because during the character creation you are given the option of S M L bodies... but aside from that, I don't believe it has been found how to change that (after making initial selection)

that aside, Nomido is the only one that I have seen *(aside from Pixelpink accidentally)

Nomido's "Big CuddleBunnies" mod * Pixelpink's "FFX Bahamaut/Diabolos" mod

Did you check out the baby sized Bahamut mod there, too? It's supposed to replace the pet wyvern, and it's pretty sweet if you ask me.

The game actually resizes other things besides the character models being small, medium, or large. If you were to open any weapon or shield for any race, it would be the exact same size for all the other races. It would seem that the size variations for those is from the skeleton motions, but for the character models, that info would have to be server side, where all the other stats and stuff is stored.
