Default GIMP greens ><

Ok, Ive started figureing out Meta and GIMP and how to use them heres a small problem i keep running into every time i try to make my own edited .dats, I use the Phabin method step by step but everytime I save the BMP files the colors get tossed WAY out of whack black ends up green and browns well just sort of wind up a rainbow >.>

anyone have some idea of what im doing wrong?

VRS discolors dats for me, so I use change tex to fix this. Im assuming if you use change tex it will fix your green?

You problem isn't GIMP, it's GC3, you can use DXTBmp as an alternative.
