Have you tried pressing that little full-screen button next to the X in the upper right hand corner?

If you can't because of the mouse moving the thing in-screen then simply alt-tab so you can freely move the mouse out of the window.

No "readme" file with the Windower? (And this is why I never used one while I played...)

I think EXP watch still isn't working right now so you'll have to disable that. If you check the forums, there is another expwatch type program available in the approved section and it works great. :S

I would disable all your plugs and go threw each one to make sure one is working.

That looks like you still have SE's windowed mode turned on. If it's not that, you'll also need to go into the launcher file and make sure you set your resolution to what you monitor currently displays(unless you want to leave a bit at the bottom so you can see the taskbar).

Other than that, check FFXI's configuration menu(should be under your start menu) and make sure that SE's 'windowed mode' is turned off because that'll screw with Windower overall. If that still doesn't fix it, I can post a walkthrough on how to edit the registry and try to do it with that method, but I think the above should fix the problem.

EDIT:

Expwatch DOES NOT load with Windower. You have to load it seperately once you've logged into the game. If you've downloaded 3.4, there should be a list posted of 'load-safe' plugins. Things like wardrobe, plasticsurgeon and expwatch you'll want to leave off the list and load manually after you've logged in.
