Default Hair weights

So I found a dat from ffxidats.com that I really like. The only problem is the hair weights are not set, and whenever I run the hair goes thru the body. I can set wieghts (usually) pretty well. So what do I have to do?

I am not terribly proficient with weights either. What I usually do is find another head mod (of the same race) with similar hair to the one you just made and copy how the weights were set.

Thanks for the advice Acina. I did that and got it so the hair no longer goes thru the body when run or walk is used. Now I do remember seeing a hume female hair dat where it would beat against her back when she moved. Anyone know how that was one?

That sounds like a really good way to do it. :o
