Default Full body Fishnet armor

I saw Gulkeeva's post under Mithra Arhataloons for a request for a full body fishnet armor or something like that. I honestly am not very good at making .dat files, but here is a basic idea. Perhaps if someone with a lil more skill could fix this up a bit, I know the hands are not the right size and there is a little glitch between the body and legs armor so again there seems to be a bunch of people much better than I, so please work your magic!

Ok I really didint notice that the entire armor made Mifra's a lil orange, so I went back and did the entire body over again. Here it is fresh off the press, Fishnet body V2.0. If this one is better please let me know, and once I get more free time I will go back and change all the other pieces to the same body color, and if not well Ill just delete it.

I spent most today redoing this armor set, its still giving me lots of trouble, but I think I fixed most of it, and not much is still orange. I honestly dont know what to do about the legs and why there still orange I took all the base models from the Mithra NA Chest pack, If you know please let me know
October 11th
I decided to take off V1.0 since 2 came out much better, Im going to leave the pics up of the original just in case if someone likes the orange glow look, but if you want it for some reason let me know and Ill send you it, but like I said V2.0 is MUCH better :D

Nice, but unfortunately very, very orange. I'd like to see v.2 a lot though.

Looks like a good start for it. Unfortunantly I'm pretty bad at any form of coloring/drawing myself so I can't fix it ;;

Looks like you did something similar to my first attempt at fishnet. It really isn't easy. What I ended up doing is making a fishnet "skin" to go around the already nude one, then I just fiddled with the alpha channel until it came out the way I wanted. The end result was a mix between fishnet and large weave chainmail. The reason I didn't do full body fishnet is because I would have come out with the same problem you have. The body is hard to match up with the legs and hands, and the legs are hard to match to the feet.

I like the stripe going down each leg on the backside. Makes it look more realistic.

I was toying with the idea of trying this. However I suck at getting textures to look the way I want. I can never get the colors to match on both the body and leg armor even when I us the same one. Oh and nice work btw.

Default Mithra Fishnet Body Version 2.0

I'm still having a little problem with this, but so far a lot has been fixed. As you can see the legs are still a different color, but everything else seems to be working well.
October 12th
Ive been fooling around a little with the orange legs still, probably a little too much and I think I'm going to have to stop for a while... I have a model a little less orange but still not perfect and the stripe in the back is not 100% in line with the feet but like I said Im going to have to take a break from prefecting this for now, and hopefully this version will be better and if not hopefully someone can perfect it then.

I noticed the fishnet covers the hands aswell, and must say it looks rather weird.

Maybe you should leave the hands naked, or in some type of gloves, to make it look a bit better. Else it looks pretty good. (Couldn't really see the feet though, maybe better with naked / armored feet aswell)

I guess gloves/boots could work well, maybe I could try adding pieces of "black leather" like that shiney patent leather or something, anyone have any good ideas on how to get the colors to be shiney, Or does just a plain black sound better?

If you want it shiney without making the rest shiney, then cover that section to indicate it as material then add more reflection to it. Let the system make it shiney instead of trying to figure it out with Alpha Mapping and all.

You mean theres a certain color or shade in Alphamapping that denotes shinyness?
