Default wyvern animations

If there is anyone around that likes doddling with animations, I could use your assistance.

As you are no doubt aware, wyvers flap around all the time like so:

It is rather distreacting, so what I would like is if it only did that during moving and attacking. When standing still, I would dig it if the wyvern used the healing animations, like so:

Is this possible?

From what I understand (which doesn't mean much) the wyvern has 4 or 5 motions.

1. Idle - flapping around; 1st pict
2. attacking - the diving animation which I still don't understand how it hurts when the monster is this |---------------------------| (not to scale) big
3. resting - the 2nd pict
4. swooping down to rest - when you sit, it rests as well; the transition animation
5. swooping up to idle - back up from resting to idle

So, unless you can add an extra animation and code for it to detect your character moving or not so it knows when to lay down or get back up...

This is all just theory... maybe someone with more knowledge will know if it can be done...

Haven't checked the Wyvern's motions yet, but it would pretty odd for it to not have a Walk and Run type animations. Every model I've seen has at least Idle, run, and walk. Doing the request is possible but it's going to create a motion glitch when it transitions from idle to the run/walk. Motion glitch being that there would be no fly up and fly down motion, the wyvern will be on the ground and when you suddenly shoot up into the air.

Then again if you are use to EQ's glitchy motions this wouldn't be much different then that.
